Superbreak sales and product director Jane Atkins is to succeed Zena Hill as chairman of Tipto.
The short breaks operator has been a member of the organisation for 18 years.
Atkins has a remit of continuing to take Tipto from strength to strength and offer leadership to its 20 members over the next year.
She said: “We now have more members than we’ve had in the last eight years, and in the last year have made significant changes to our agent training with the introduction of four supershows and four training days to our existing portfolio of road shows.
“Having been part of Tipto in my current role at Superbreak for the last five years, I have gained a great knowledge and understanding of Tipto.
“I’m looking forward to utilising this, and with the support of the leadership team, continue to grow and develop Tipto even further to assist our agent friends and members.”
Atkins appointment follows the decision by Hill to step down to enable her to spend more time with her family after holding this position for four years.
