Kinetics plans racking price
LONDON-BASED Kinetics Travel Services has written to operators to tell them it will charge a fee for racking their brochures.Chairman David McAdam Freud said he introduced the scheme following growing frustration at people walking into his shop, picking up brochures and then booking direct.
He is charging £300 per A4 racking space a year.
