ON THE MOVE:
n Bob Shaw has been appointed as travel systems manager for Co-op Travel. He worked for Co-op Travel’s parent company United Norwest Co-operatives for five years and will continue to work at the same offices.n Landmark Travel Channel has appointed Lorraine Curtin as marketing manager and Becky Garbutt as commercial manager. Curtin was previously marketing manager at TV Travel Shop and Garbutt was commercial manager at Going Places.
n Keith Watson has been appointed to the newly created position of sales manager at British Regional Airlines. He was previously north of England sales manager at British Airways.
n Tony Iredale Travel has recruited Michelle Jennings and David Corbett for its retail travel operation in Huddersfield. Corbett joins from Moores Faraway Travel and Jennings previously worked for Going Places.
n Mark Newsome and Kay Joyce have been appointed as business development managers at Travel Extras, the sister company of Connect Car Rental. Newsome joins from Executive Car Rental where he was sales director and Joyce worked for Access Internet Ltd where she was sales and marketing director.
