Thomas Cook offers New York packages
THOMAS Cook Holidays and Distant Dreams have introduced new winter shoppingbreaks to New York.
Three-night packages at a choice of three hotels – The Belvedere in Manhattan, The Wellington near the theatre district, and the Regal UN Plaza on East Side – are featured by Thomas Cook with prices from £452. Departures are in November and early December, and include flights from Heathrow and transfers.
The operator can also book excursions, such as a trip to the Woodbury Common Factory Outlet Shopping Centre for £22. Distant Dreams offers three-night New York breaks in three to five-star hotels from £419 with British Airways flights from Gatwick, Heathrow or Manchester. Departures are from January 5 to March 31.
Meanwhile, short-break specialist Kirker Holidays is featuring New York and Boston in its newly released second edition Selected Cities brochure. Three-night stays in the Big Apple, at a choice of seven luxury hotels, cost from £599 including flights from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, and private car transfer to the hotel. Boston prices start at £631, staying at the four-star Le Meridien.
New York: attracting short-break operators
