The New Zealand Tourism Board has launched an Explore New Zealand programme, giving agents and tour operators discounts of up to 50% on flights, hotels and activities. The aim is to encourage more agents to visit the country and help them sell it.
n sweden boosts promotion of skane
The Swedish Travel and Tourism Council is pushing the Skane region of Sweden ahead of the official opening of the Oresund Bridge linking Malmo in Sweden and Copenhagen in Denmark on July 1. Ryanair is launching a new service from Stansted to Malmo on June 21.
