Martin Morgan, managing director of Travel House gave an inspired speech at the ITT conference about how to succeed as an independent. There was no corporate claptrap or boasting about how he managed to sell the business for £40m. Instead he gave great encouragement to independent agents in an industry dominated by the big players. Nice one.
