BA’s Go just goes too far
I had a phone call this afternoon from a regular client wanting two seats from London to Malaga on July 24 for four weeks. I offered a reputable charter at £229 each from Gatwick but happened to mention Go from Stansted if she wanted a comparison.The client then said that she had contacted them and was offered a fare of £350 which she said was too expensive. She was then asked if she had been quoted a fare already and, making up a figure, she said £260. Go immediately offered her seats at £200.
