Resorts offer summer rates
Several Antiguan hotels and resorts have announced further renovation plans and special rates for this summer.Curtain Bluff is to benefit from a facelift during its annual summer closure. Eighteen beach-front junior suites are to replace 12 deluxe rooms, bringing the total number of units at the property to 70. The suites all feature king-size beds and separate lower levels for the living room, with doors opening onto a beachfront terrace.
Meanwhile, Sunsail’s Club Colonna has announced its summer rates, which will start at US $135 per person, per night, while a seven-night stay begins at US $810 per person. These rates are valid from now until 8th September.
Several hotels have wedding offers on. Sandals Antigua Resort and Spa are offering couples free weddings if they book a honeymoon of five nights or more. The offer is valid until December 31 2001.
Guests booking a minimum of 14 nights at Mango Bay Hotel receive a free wedding including cake, bouquet, decorated location and marriage fee until December 14 this year.
