Cresta sees sales to Ireland increase by 30%

CRESTA has increased its share in the Irish market after seeing a rise of more than 30% in package sales this year.

The operator said it carried 4,500 passengers on the London-Dublin route in the first five months of this year, an increase of 22%, while total bookings to the Irish capital from the UK were up 32%. The lead-in price from Gatwick is £174 per person for three nights at the North Star Hotel with flights on CityFlyer.

Ireland brand manager Chris Barker said Cresta has increased its market share by working closely with agents.”We will be running educationals for 150 agents this year and we offer on-going training through our key account managers,” he said.
