Brittany Ferries offers agents Web bookings
BRITTANY Ferries is rolling out an Internet booking site for agents who want an alternative to telephoning the ferry operator to make a reservation.Sales development manager Stephen James said the trade site has been piloted with tour operators and is now ready to go live with agents.
To make an on-line booking, retailers must contact Brittany Ferries to get the agents’ site address and then create an account by inputting their account number and password.
After they have done this once, they only need to type their password in to access the site. Booking advice will be sent by return e-mail.
