British Airways has signed a deal with Hogg Robinson joint venture TRX Europe to handle bookings on its new on-line business travel management system for small to medium-sized companies. BA has already chosen GetThere.com to run the booking engine on the direct sales site.
n fred olsen launches programme
Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has launched its programme with a mail-out of brochures, videos and competition details to travel agents. The brochure, which covers the period between January next year and May 2002, includes the company’s first cruises in South America.

Holiday Autos has signed a deal to provide car-hire booking services to Internet travel specialist the On-line Travel Company. The OTC offers travel over its own Web site and operates travel services on behalf of outside clients.
