Owners take staff incentives


I would like to address the issue of personal staff incentives. I understand from reservation staff at Gold Medal that ‘farebank notes’ are meant to be given to the person making the booking or at least shared between staff members.



This is not the case in our agency as the owners demand them for their own use. Our profession by nature has always been poorly paid and I find it very unfair that one of the few perks available is being denied. I am curious to know if this happens in other agencies and would like to ask tour operators to clarify the situation and explain exactly who the incentives are for.
