You must be barking mad!
A new survey from Thomas Cook has produced some alarming results for any agents thinking of taking the advice of service fee guru Nolan Burris.Apparently, a fifth of holidaymakers spend as much time pining for their animals as their animals do for them.
So, the pressure’s on for anyone offering to look after their clients’ dogs while they are away, as Nolan has suggested.
The wrong sort of dog food and that loyal customer could take his money elsewhere.
Even more worrying is the fact that the survey reveals holidaymakers often pick up the phone to speak to the petsitter and sometimes even the pet itself.
Not only will some agents be walking the dog, they’ll be holding the phone to the mutt’s ear as well while the owner gibbers on. Sounds barking mad to me.
