Airtours Holidays has doubled the number of staff entered on the Business Administration and Customer Service Programme, a modern apprenticeship scheme supported by TTC Training. A total of 10 staff employed by the operator will now take the course whose subjects include communication skills, numeracy, telephone techniques and world geography.
