Nigel, there’s just no time to get lunch!
Are staff actually cared for? This is the question that we at Lunn Poly find ourselves asking time and time again.Yet again we are sat here working with two staff on duty. This means that we have to take our dinner from 9am to 9.30am with a half hour lieu time.
We then work eight hours without a break as we are not allowed to close for lunch.
We can understand that lunchtime is probably the busiest part of the day and we are not asking for dinner over this time but surely having dinner at about 2.30pm wouldn’t mean a major crisis for Lunn Poly?
So, come on Nigel David, please show staff that they are actually needed and valued and get these problems sorted out before there is only one member of staff left to man the shop.
