Alaska offers training plan
THE Alaska Division of Tourism has launched a travel agency training scheme in the UK that is designed to improve retailers’ selling skills and knowledge of the state.Called Top of the World Alaska Travel Specialist, the programme comprises a self-study manual and an exam.
The manual must be submitted to the division of tourism’s UK office and successful students will receive a personalised certificate for display in their agency, as well as regular mailings and updates, opportunities for educationals and further training modules.
