Cunard starts charter route

CUNARD has kicked off a charter operation to service its ship Caronia, which is sailing in the Mediterranean thissummer.

Two Cunard-branded aircraft will make regular flights to meet the ship from Manchester and London Stansted between now and October 26. The aircraft seat 80 passengers and 126 passengers respectively.

The cruiseline has trained all staff connected with the service, from check-in clerks to cabin crew, in the Cunard style of service. It is also offering Cunard-branded menus and extras, like complimentary drinks, hot towels and flowers on board.

Baggage checked in on departure will be delivered direct to passengers’ cabins.
