Fairmont opens New York spa
FAIRMONT Hotels and Resorts has opened a 8,000sq ft spa at the Plaza Hotel in New York.
The new facility boasts steam and sauna rooms, separate changing rooms and bathing facilities for men and woman, plus an outdoor Mediterranean-style whirlpool.
Treatments range from full body massage to herbal whirl-pool therapy, paraffin dips and loofah scrubs. Treatment prices are charged separately from accommodation.
Room prices start from £376 per room per night for a standard double.
