THOMSON Travel Group won four categories at the prestigious Travel Weekly Globe Awards 2000 in London.
Despite last year’s controversy over the Preferred Agent scheme, retailers voted Thomson Holidays as best major short-haul operator. Crystal won best winter sports operator; Britannia best UK charter airline and TOP best reservation system.
Holiday Hypermarkets won the award for innovation.
