Corporates urged to use e-ticketing
E-TICKETS should be considered by all corporates, according to Hogg Robinson sales and marketing director Chris Fry.
He told delegates at the BTI UK New Dimensions conference that it should be one of their action points to look at availability of e-tickets and consider whether it’s worthwhile, adding even it is was just to be able to check in without having the amount of hand baggage checked. Fry said: “It is one way you can move a culture change within an organisation’s approach to travel.”
He added that as far as low-cost airlines were concerned, there had been a fundamental change in corporates who were saying if it’s a short trip, why not?
BTI UK was booking on low-cost carriers right from the beginning.
