Mystery agent must be named
Regarding the letter in Travel Weekly September 18, has this mystery agent raised his issues with the consortium concerned?
If not, has it tried to contact Mystic Mascarenhas about the grief we are causing his agency?
Perhaps the agent can name himself or herself and offer up a day on his/her shop counter – it’s an offer I could hardly refuse.
