Airtours acquires Hotetur stake
Airtours has bought 50% of Spanish hotel group Hotetur for £28.8 million in cash and shares. Hotetur has interests in other companies including Spanair and travel agency Viajes Marsans. It has a portfolio of 19 hotels with an estimated 3,300 rooms in Majorca, Lanzarote, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
