Bali Discovery Tours seeks UKbusiness link

ONE of Bali’s newest destination management operators is seeking a business tie-up with a UK outbound operator.

Bali Discovery Tours – established by former executives of the now defunct Spice Island Cruises, Jack Daniels and Arie Sukirno – is hoping to add a reputable UK operator to its list of travel partners.

Opening its doors in December last year, Bali Discovery Tours’ existing accounts include inbound services for Japan and Orient Tours (US), Butterfield and Robinson (Canada) and American Express Platinum Card Travel.

The company has also secured a number of incentive and conference movements as well as contracts for the co-ordination of passenger ships visiting Bali.

Daniels said: “We’d like to think that there’s no aspect of the customer handling process for which Bali Discovery can’t devise and introduce meaningful service improvements, while remaining mindful of cost efficiencies.”
