The resort, called Anada In The Himalayas, is a 40min flight from Delhi, and is due to open in April.
It is set in the foothills of the Himalayas, overlooking the river Ganges and incorporates luxury spa facilities.
Chairman Georg Rafael said the company wants to build more resorts in the region.
He said: “India and the neighbouring south Asian region holds considerable significance for the growth and development ofRafael.”
