AS I have read with interest the recent letters from Thomas Cook retail managers, Iwanted to show that this situation is not the case across the board at Thomas Cook.

Here at Thomas Cook Holidays, the whole of our management team is very approachable and place great importance on listening to staff views and our input is always welcomed.

Great steps are taken to keep us informed with regular meetings, staff updates and a survey is carried out on all aspects of working life by an independent company. The result is a great working atmosphere and team morale.

Perhaps the correspondents should go back to their management and ask them to look at the practices followed at Thomas Cook Holidays.

Or if they really feel leaving Thomas Cook is the only option, look into career opportunities with Thomas Cook Holidays before they do.
