Fifth agent module
Holiday Autos puts training on-line
HOLIDAYAutos has launched its fifth agent training module which can now be completed on-line.
The module focuses on car-rental costs compared to taxi fares as well as an update on insurance excesses. To save on paperwork agents can now submit the accompanying questionnaire on-line.
The learning package is part of Holiday Autos Academy of Training, launched in 1996.
Agents work through the module, referring to Holiday Autos’ current brochure, and complete the questionnaire provided. It is then returned to Holiday Autos, where it is assessed and, if successful, a certificate is issued to the agent.
Holiday Autos UK and Ireland managing director Tony Seaman said:”The modules provide us with further scope to strengthen relations between agents and provide them with the opportunity to give us some feedback on the modules – what they need to brush up on or want to know more about.”
In addition, Holiday Autos’ latest initiative means that although the insurance excess will be payable in resort, customers will be able to reclaim this charge on their return.
It is hoped the module will help agents maximise commission earnings from the sale of car rental.
