TRAVELCARE has banned operators from paying incentives to
staff in a controversial move to underline the impartiality of the agency.
It has also blocked employees from receiving holiday
discounts or going on educationals linked to sales targets.
General manager Yvonne Rankin said the new policy will
prevent staff from pushing certain companies in return for cash handouts.
