Sorry for the JMC mistake


In reply to Sylvia Mulley’s letter (Travel WeeklySeptember 20) we are very sorry that personal details on her mailshot were incorrect.



Information for this mailing was extracted from group data sources and related tocustomers who had travelled with Sunset, Sunworld or Inspirations in recent years.



Unfortunately, in this instance it appears that there has been a data input error during the transfer ofinformation to the database.



However, the mailshot was also an exercise in testing the accuracy of our database, enabling errors to be identified and quickly rectified.



We hope this error did not cause too muchembarrassment orinconvenience to Ms Mulley and we can reassure her that every effort is being made to ensure our database is up to date.
