&#42 The London Marriott Hotel has appointed Richard Turner as director of sales and marketing. Turner was director of sales at the Hempel, Bayswater.

&#42 Hertz UK has promoted Martin Buckland to Heathrow regional manager. Buckland was previously Hertz regional manager for the central region.

&#42 Cruise boat operator Connoisseur has promoted Matthew Boggust as overseas operations manager. Boggust has worked for the company since 1993, initially as an engineer at its Dijon base and then base manager.
