Ansett Australia B767 resumes service

THE FIRST of Ansett Australia’s ten
grounded Boeing 767 aircraft is back in service.

The Civil Aviation Safety
Authority Australia has given aircraft VH-RMO the all clear to fly.

A further two B767 are to be
inspected over the next few days and it is anticipated they will resume service
shortly afterwards.

The B767 were grounded by Ansett Australia on April 12 when
it was discovered a safety notification issued by Boeing last year had not been
acted upon.
