Agent masterminds way through Viking Challenge
Bournemouth-based travel agent Ray Moye has become this year’s Mastermind in the Scandinavian tourist boards’ annual Viking Challenge.
Branch manager Moye will use his prize of travel to the five Nordic capitals to celebrate his 50th birthday on June 1.
Hosted by Magnus Magnusson and now in its fourth year, the joint initiative by the Scandinavian tourist offices aims to educate agents about the region’s product with quiz entrants answering specialist questions on a Scandinavian destination.
Moye, who works at Excelsior World Travel in Westbourne, is heading to Copenhagen next month.
The second trip will be to Norway where he plans to take a train down the coast and a fjord boat excursion.
