Mystery Shopper called on agents in Hounslow to ask about a holiday to Koh
Samui in Thailand this July.
The Thomas Cook agent proved to be the most impressive because the
consultant appeared keen to establish whether it was best to buy apackage or to
book flights and hotel separately.

Stars are awarded to agents that score for:
* Agency appearance
* Product knowledge
* Staff attitude
* Brochure racking
* Sales technique
The top-scoring agency each week receivesa Travel Weekly certificate of
commendation
