&#42 Travel 2/4 has appointed Rachel White to the post of promotions manager. Her responsibilities will include organising industry events, fam trips and agent training.

&#42 Festival Cruises has appointed Michelle Pearce as reservations manager to support the London sales office. Pearce was previously at Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.

&#42 Holiday Hypermarkets has promoted Nicky Brownlee as regional sales manager and recruited Alison Weighall as general sales manager of the Stourbridge call centre.

&#42 Travel insurance firm Mondial Assistance has appointed Nicola Burchell as marketing manager. Burchell joins from Porsche Cars Great Britain where she spent four years as product controller.

&#42 Frances Laing has joined P&O Stena Line as the company’s first head of e-commerce. Laing will lead a team of seven to develop and implement e-commerce strategies. Previously Laing was long stay and continental marketing controller.

&#42 Hotelnet.co.uk has appointed David Archibold to develop and support its on-line hotel search and booking service. Archibold joins from BTCellnet where he supported web development and acted as an internal consultant for a variety of web-related projects.
