EUROSTAR and Rail Europe have launched special fares to
France to mark the opening of a new line to the Mediterranean on June 10.
The £95 return “Eurostar Plus” is valid from London Waterloo
or Ashford, Kent, to all destinations on the new line from Lyon to Marseille
and along the Mediterranean coast from Nice to Perpignan. First class
travellers will be offered a £145 fare.
Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance and
include one Saturday night stay, or two other nights away. Tickets are
available now for travel between June 10 and July 31 inclusive.
