JMC NEW LIVERY


JMC Airlines has unveiled new liveried aircraft on its Caribbean services to Antigua, Grenada, St Kitts, Tobago, Barbados and St Lucia. The ex-Caledonian Airways DC-10s will have new internal fittings installed before the start of the summer 2000 season.


EXETER DEPARTURES


Exeter Airport has agreed three additional winter dates with Transun Travel for short breaks to Madeira. New departures are scheduled for March 11, 18 and 25. Business development manager Sue Crossland said last year’s full loads for the trips prompted a repeat of the offer.


UNITED WEB UPDATE


United Airlines has revamped its Web site ual.com to make it easier for customers to find discounted fares, schedules and flight information. The carrier has also developed a free paging system on its Web site to advise passengers of delays, cancellations and gate information on mobile telephones, pagers and personal computers.


CLUB WORLD REVAMP


British Mediterranean Airways, the British Airways franchisee to the Middle East and former Russian states, has improved the Club World meal service by increasing the options on offer.


NEW MERIDIANA CLASS


Italian carrier Meridiana is introducing its Electra business-class service on its summer-only Gatwick-Olbia flight. Fares lead at £544 return. The link to Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda area starts on April 1.
