Longwood expands egytpian range

LONGWOOD Holidays has expanded its offering in Egypt to meet
demand from holidaymakers.

The operator’s new 72-page Egypt and Jordan brochure features
the increasingly popular resorts of Nabq Bay at Sharm el Sheikh and El Gouna,
on the Red Sea.

Valid for travel between October 25, 2001, and October 24
next year, the brochure also features the key resorts of Taba, Hurghada, Cairo,
Luxor and Aswan in Egypt and Aqaba in Jordan.

Prices lead in at £309 for seven nights at the Three Corners
Empire hotel in Hurghada including breakfast, flights from Gatwick and
transfers.

In addition, Longwood is offering a selection of organised
city holidays, Nile cruises and organised tours in both countries. A seven-night
Treasures of Jordan tour, taking in Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and Jerash leads in
at £599.

Longwood managing director Rafi Caplin said: “The Longwood
brand is extremely well established and has a loyal following. This, together
with strong support from the travel trade and a favourable exchange rate have
all led to encouraging sales.”
