protestors leave BAA building

ENVIRONMENTAL protestors who occupied the offices of airport
operator BAA have left the building.

Police were called to the offices, on Wilton Road, London,
and the four protesters left peacefully. They were reported to be members of London
Rising Tide, a pressure group campaigning against BAA’s plans to expand some of
its airports.

BAA described the actions as unnecessary and offered to
arrange a meeting with the protestors to discuss their concerns.
