accident in Ireland.

It is reported Cahill, who had been with the airline for
more than a decade, slipped and fell into water while mooring his boat in a

Cahill was a great colleague to work with and he will be sorely missed, not
just on a professional but on a personal level by his many friends and
colleagues.”
