FAA decides not to reopen US airspace

THE
FEDERAL Aviation Administration has postponed the reopening of United States
airspace, the BBC is reporting.

News
reports had suggested the ban on commercial flights in the US was to be lifted
at 5pm today, but the FAA has decided against this.

A
spokesman for Heathrow airport said it is still not clear when transatlantic
flights may start again.
