FLIGHT restrictions over central London are to be eased from
midnight tonight.
The Department of Transport has said an order banning
flights from London City Airport will be lifted from midnight allowing it to
operate normally tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the order banning flights over central London on the
approach to Heathrow will be lifted at midnight on Saturday.
