FRENCH construction firm Vinci is expected to announce later
today whether it intends to proceed in its take over bid for airport operator
TBI.
Reports have suggested Vinci plans to pull out of the deal
following the terrorist attacks in the US.
A spokeswoman for TBI said: “The outcome is to be decided although
there may be a statement today.”
If Vinci completes the deal it will take control of Belfast
International, Luton and Cardiff airports.
