This was a very attractively decorated agency. The brochure racks looked very empty.

Three consultants were on duty and I was served immediately by a consultant who picked out Bridge City Breaks brochure and indicated the relevant pages. I asked about driving to Bruges and she said there was a brochure featuring self-drive packages then went to the back office to get it.

I can’t fault the consultant for her manner but she made no suggestion to return or incentive to book with the agency.

This was an old-fashioned looking agency with a very messy floor. Two consultants were on duty and I was served immediately. The consultant picked out Bridge City Breaks and Cresta Cities brochure. She opened up the contents pages to check for Bruges and clarified that it was in Belgium.

I asked whether the brochure featured self-drive packages and the consultant gave me the Bridge Travel self-drive brochure. She was very friendly and polite but did not suggest that Ireturn.

Two consultants were on duty in this attractive agency with well-stocked racks. I was served by a cheery consultant who gave me Travel Choice City Breaks and Belgian Travel Service brochures.

She asked me when we wanted to travel and said we should book as soon as possible. The consultant told me it was possible to book a package based on taking the car, going by Eurostar or they could just book accommodation only for us. She gave me a card and urged me to call when we wanted to book.
