Festive Cruises adds to river cruise itineraries

FESTIVECruises has introduced two new cruise itineraries in its Sterling River Cruises 2002 programme.
New for 2002 is a Rhine and Moselle Highlights cruise which gives passengers the opportunity to discover both rivers from the vessel Lady Anne and The Best of Holland cruise, with an excursion to the Keukenhof Gardens. Prices start from £329 with departures in June, August and September.
Director of Cruising Christopher Smith said the success of the Sterling River Cruise programme over the last five years has been due to a friendly and personal approach.
Smith said:””The phenomenal success of the Sterling River Cruise programme over the last few years is due to the really appealing itineraries, the warm and friendly ambience of Lady Anne and the fantastic value offered on all our cruises.”
Other itineraries include The Floriade and Bulbfields cruises, departing in March, April and May which lead in at £149. Cruise calls include the Dutch bulbfields, the Keukenhof Gardens and a visit to the Floriade horticultural show, held once every 10 years.
Also available is the five-day Rhine Cruise from £199 with departures in May, June, September and October and the 10-day Rhine to Switzerland Cruise from £479.
There will also be a series of German Christmas Market cruises in November and December with prices leading in at £169.
