Superbreak Mini-Holidays said it has had a good season with bookings up on last year. Sales director Ian Mounser said with all the good deals about “there has never been a better time to visit London”. Cities such as York, Chester and Bath are selling well. London is holding up with customers attracted by a raft of special deals including four-star hotels at prices cheaper than they were 10 years ago. But Superbreak has seen business at airport hotels – traditionally one of its best sellers – drop off.
