EBOOKERS.COM is to carry out the fulfilment for Korean Air when
it launches its new UK website, the first time the on-line agency has carried
out such work for a third party.
The deal will see ebookers process and fulfil bookings while
ebookers staff will also carry out customer service operations for Korean Air’s
on-line customers. The operation should be in place within the next two months.
Ebookers chief executive officer Dinesh Dhamija said: “We
are looking towards expanding such business-to-business initiatives in the
future as a way of increasing our profits and revenue streams.”
Korean Air’s new website is set to go live on November 14.
