AIRTOURS UK Leisure Group deputy chief executive
Duncan Wilson has been handed an expanded role and will join the operator’s
main executive board.
Wilson will step up to the newly-created position of
group operations director with the task of investigating possible synergies
across the business.
He has been carrying out a similar role as deputy CE
but only in the UK.
The operator has also
appointed two non-executive directors. Financial expert Kazio Kantor becomes
the board’s first female member while British Telecom retail consumer division
managing director Dr Angus Porter has also joined.
