Life exists beyond England
Having just returned from the ABTA Convention in Lisbon, I feel compelled to comment about ABTA president Stephen Bath.
In his closing speech he encouraged us to “take what we have learnt back to England and implement it”.
England may very well be the centre of certain people’s universe, but there are other members of ABTA that have the obvious misfortune of coming from such backwaters as Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Just thought I’d let him know, on the off chance that he might get it right next time.
