Going Places’ priorities are wrong

I am writing to voice my concern about Going Places. Iam a manager at a small, relatively busy travel agency and have recently had staffing problems that have resulted in the closure of our shop one day a week.

This is fine, but how can Going Places afford to change, or plan to change, 730 shops to MyTravel when it cannot afford to give me or many other shops an extra member of staff?

Do we need to change the Going Places name? Wouldn’t it make more sense to concentrate on the shops trading for five days and help them out first?

Until recently, Ihave had nothing but praise for the company. Going Places has always been the best travel agency on the high street, but now I feel let down and so do my staff.

Does anyone ever consider the travel advisors’ or manager’s point of view?
