Star Clippers’ UKgeneral sales agent Fred Olsen Travel has made two new appointments. Philip Holding has joined as sales manager for Star Clippers while Garry Brown becomes sales manager for tour operations and incentives. Holding joins from self-drive holiday company Motours and Brown comes from Sunbeam Tours.
n festival to start caribbean itineraries
Festival Cruises will begin operating 14-night Caribbean cruises next week on board Bolero. Passengers fly to Barbados with Virgin Atlantic from Gatwick and the ship calls at St Lucia, Dominica, St Maarten, VirginGorda, Santo Domingo, San Juan, St Thomas, Nevis, Antigua, St Barts and Tortola. The cruises run fromJanuary 17 to March 13. Flycruises start at £1,295.
n JMC adds carnival offer to florida deals
JMC Holidays has added a Carnival Cruise Line itinerary to its Florida brochure. The seven-night Caribbean ‘n’ Blues Cruise from Tampa calls at Grand Cayman, Cozumel in Mexico and New Orleans before returning to Tampa. Prices start £885 for a 14-night cruise and stay, incorporating the cruise and seven nights at the Las Palmas Hotel in Orlando.
