Seafarer splits brochure to reflect changing market needs

SEAFARER Cruising and Sailing has split its new Cruise Collection 2000 brochure into three sections in a bid to target the right customers for its differing cruising products.

The first section, entitled A Casual Affair, features the smallest, most informal ships in the company’s portfolio; the second section, called the Best of Both Worlds, includes larger, yet still fairly informal ships; and the final section, entitled When Only the Best Will Do, features the more formal, upmarket vessels.

Seafarer is the UKgeneral sales agent for companies including Zeus Cruises, Galileo Cruises and Golden Sun Cruises. It also sells Seabourn Cruise Line’s Caribbean itineraries. New product in the Cruise Collection brochure includes a 10-night cruise-and-stay holiday to the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador on the 48-passenger expedition ship Eclipse, which features talks by naturalist guides. The price, which includes two nights’ accommodation in Quito, Ecuador, starts from £2,385 per person.

Seafarer has also introduced two Mediterranean cruises – a 13-night European Discovery itinerary to ports including Tunisia and Malta, and a seven-night Venetian Explorer cruise that visits Dubrovnik and Corfu.

Both cruises start from £1,075 per person and £575 per person respectively.
